Download best ever game i have played now on PC its free and i did a job for you if you want to play with all available characters i already unlocked Dr. B and Gon and other characters.
All you need to do download two files for free and i will let you know how can you use the file to play.
After download both files you need to run Tekken 3.exe
once game running you will see two windows one is of game and second will be Command Prompt.
You need to focus on game window and click on file menu named Archivo and Then click on Idioma Now select language to English.
Once you changed the language Click on File -> Load State
a pop window will open and now all you need is to locate to second file you downloaded from above once you found file click on file Tekken.psv and open and Hurray you loaded the required file for game once you click open all you need to choose your game mode i will recommend if you are new user than play arcade mode.
That's all you need to know to run the game.
